BODIPY FL Histamine is a cell-permeant, green-fluorescent dye that accumulates in acidic organelles of living cells. It has been used to label and track acidic organelles of living cells, and also used to investigate binding kinetics for the four histamine receptor subtypes by flow cytometry. This probe is relatively insensitive to environment and pH changes.
